Fulfillment Policy

ATD Developers Enterprise and Consulting (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality services and construction solutions in a timely and transparent manner. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our process for providing services, timelines, and client responsibilities.

1. Scope of Services

Our fulfillment process applies to all services we offer, including but not limited to:

  • Residential Construction

  • Commercial Construction

  • Master-Level Electrical Services

  • Consulting and Strategy Development

2. Project Initiation

Fulfillment begins once:

  • A written agreement or contract is signed by both parties.

  • A project scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined.

  • An initial deposit or payment is received as outlined in the contract.

3. Timelines & Delivery

  • Project timelines are provided in the contract and may vary depending on the scope, complexity, and materials availability.

  • While we strive to meet all agreed deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, supply chain issues, or changes in project scope may affect delivery times.

  • Clients will be informed promptly of any changes to timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely fulfillment, clients are expected to:

  • Provide necessary access to the property or project site.

  • Respond promptly to communications and approvals.

  • Supply any required documentation or permits when applicable.

5. Changes to Scope

Any changes to the agreed scope, design, or materials after the project begins may impact the delivery timeline and cost. All changes must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.

6. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering projects that meet the highest industry standards. Each project undergoes a quality control process before completion and handover.

7. Completion & Handover

Upon project completion:

  • A final walkthrough will be conducted with the client.

  • Any final adjustments or touch-ups will be addressed before official handover.

  • Final payment is required before the release of project ownership documents or keys.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion and is subject to the terms in the signed contract.

  • Non-refundable costs include completed work, materials purchased, and administrative fees.
