Fulfillment Policy

ATD Beyond Enterprise Inc (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to delivering professional consulting and business solutions with efficiency, transparency, and a focus on client satisfaction. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we deliver our services, project timelines, and client responsibilities.
1. Scope of Services
This policy applies to all services we provide, including but not limited to:
Business Consulting
Strategic Planning
Operational Solutions
2. Service Initiation
Fulfillment begins once:
A service agreement or contract is signed by both parties.
The scope of work, project deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon.
An initial payment or retainer is received, as outlined in the agreement.
3. Timelines & Delivery
Delivery timelines are determined during project planning and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the services.
We strive to meet agreed deadlines, but factors such as changes in scope, client delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect timelines.
Any changes will be communicated to the client promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients play an important role in ensuring timely fulfillment. We expect clients to:
Provide accurate information and necessary documentation.
Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner.
Fulfill any obligations outlined in the service agreement.
5. Changes to Scope
If changes to the original scope are requested after services have begun, adjustments to pricing, delivery timelines, and deliverables may apply. All changes must be documented and approved in writing.
6. Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering services that meet the highest professional standards. Our work undergoes review before final delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
7. Completion & Delivery of Services
Upon service completion:
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format.
Any revisions (as per the contract) will be completed before closure.
Final payment must be made before the release of any deliverables.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Refund eligibility is subject to the stage of service completion and as outlined in the signed agreement.
Costs incurred for completed work, consulting hours, or non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable.
