Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we manage service delivery, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth client experience.

1. Scope of Services

This policy applies to all services provided by ATD Property Group Inc, which may include:

  • Residential Construction

  • Commercial Construction

  • Custom Building and Renovation Projects

2. Service Initiation

We begin service fulfillment when:

  • A signed contract or service agreement is in place.

  • The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon.

  • An initial deposit or retainer has been received (if applicable).

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Project timelines are set during the planning phase based on the scope of work.

  • We strive to meet all agreed deadlines, though adjustments may occur due to unforeseen site conditions, material availability, or weather-related delays.

  • Any changes to timelines will be communicated promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and successful project delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate project information and approvals.

  • Respond to communication and decisions promptly.

  • Fulfill payment obligations as outlined in the agreement.

5. Changes in Scope

  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work will require a written change order.

  • Adjustments to cost and timelines will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

6. Quality Commitment

We are dedicated to delivering top-quality workmanship and materials. Every phase of the project undergoes quality checks to meet industry standards and client expectations.

7. Completion of Services

Upon project completion:

  • The client will be invited for a final walkthrough to review work quality.

  • Any agreed revisions will be completed before final handover.

  • Final payment must be made before releasing final documentation and warranties (if applicable).

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are determined based on project progress and expenses incurred.

  • Work completed and purchased materials are non-refundable.
