This policy applies to all services we provide, which may include:

2. Service Initiation

Service fulfillment begins when:

  • A signed contract or service agreement is in place.

  • The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined.

  • An initial payment or retainer has been received (if applicable).

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Project timelines are established during the planning phase and will vary depending on the complexity of the work.

  • We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, but delays due to client response time, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

  • Any changes to timelines will be communicated promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Respond to communication and requests promptly.

  • Meet all obligations specified in the signed agreement.

5. Changes in Scope

If service scope changes after initiation:

  • Pricing, timelines, and deliverables may be adjusted.

  • All changes must be documented and mutually agreed upon in writing.

6. Quality Commitment

We maintain a commitment to delivering services of the highest professional quality. Every deliverable is reviewed before final release to ensure it meets agreed standards.

7. Completion of Services

Upon completion of services:

  • Deliverables will be provided in the agreed format.

  • Any revisions within the scope of the contract will be addressed before closing the project.

  • Final payment must be made prior to the release of final deliverables.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the stage of completion and terms outlined in the agreement.

  • Work already completed and non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable.
