2. Service Initiation
Service fulfillment begins when:
A signed contract or service agreement is in place.
The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined.
An initial payment or retainer has been received (if applicable).
3. Delivery Timelines
Project timelines are established during the planning phase and will vary depending on the complexity of the work.
We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, but delays due to client response time, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Any changes to timelines will be communicated promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, clients must:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Respond to communication and requests promptly.
Meet all obligations specified in the signed agreement.
5. Changes in Scope
If service scope changes after initiation:
Pricing, timelines, and deliverables may be adjusted.
All changes must be documented and mutually agreed upon in writing.
6. Quality Commitment
We maintain a commitment to delivering services of the highest professional quality. Every deliverable is reviewed before final release to ensure it meets agreed standards.
7. Completion of Services
Upon completion of services:
Deliverables will be provided in the agreed format.
Any revisions within the scope of the contract will be addressed before closing the project.
Final payment must be made prior to the release of final deliverables.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the stage of completion and terms outlined in the agreement.
Work already completed and non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable.
