Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Beyond Property Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) delivers services to our clients. Our goal is to ensure clear expectations, timely delivery, and quality results for every project.
1. Scope of Services
Beyond Property Solutions LLC specializes in construction and building services, including residential and commercial projects. The exact scope of work for each client will be defined in a written agreement or contract before work begins.
2. Project Timelines
Project start and completion dates will be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Timelines may be adjusted due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, permitting delays, supply chain issues, or client-requested changes.
Any adjustments to the schedule will be communicated promptly.
3. Client Responsibilities
To help us meet agreed timelines, clients are responsible for:
Providing necessary site access and approvals.
Responding promptly to communications and requests for decisions.
Making timely payments as outlined in the contract.
4. Payments
All payment terms, deposit amounts, and milestone payments will be detailed in your contract.
Work will begin only after the required deposit has been received.
Final payment is due upon project completion, as specified in the agreement.
5. Quality Assurance
All work will be completed according to industry standards and specifications outlined in the contract.
We will perform inspections during and after the project to ensure quality and compliance.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Beyond Property Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, labor strikes, or government actions.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations made before project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, subject to any expenses already incurred.
Once work has started, refunds will not be issued for completed portions of the project.
